Better that than being cannon fodder for the Yankees who would destroy this "team" in a very ugly obliteration, rendering the Tigers a true laughing stock of baseball. I don't want to hear any of that "anything can happen in the playoffs" nonsense either. This "team" is gutless, heartless, and without soul. They don't deserve to be anywhere after today's game except on their way home for (what I hope will be) a protracted and painful off-season of melancholy and self-analysis.
