A Thank You To Our Readers

I just wanted to take a quick second to thank our readers for helping Motor City Bengals set a site record high in readership in October. So thank you all who have stopped by to check us out!

It is especially gratifying to myself, after making the decision to come over to MCB after working with MCB contributor Mickey Brignall on our own thing at Detroitbaseballpage.com. It wasn’t an easy decision, but the transition has been made easy by the staff here at MCB, John Parent, and of course, you the readers.

I know that myself and the writers here are committed to try and bring everyone as much information, discussion, and Tigers related news as possible. As evidenced by the increase in commenting in our articles, we are more than willing to not only discuss our own articles, but all of the ones we put up on MCB. I would still like to encourage those who visit to sign in and join the discussion. After all, that is often the most fun part of doing a site like this. The back and forth between people about the articles. We would like to hear from you!

As you can see, right now we are focused on the potential moves the Tigers could make in the off-season, and will continue to do so right through the winter. Not only will we cover any off-season news, we will also continue to bring you other Tigers related articles, as well as minor league information about our Tigers. In fact, myself and James Chipman have been finalizing a top 50 prospect list, and will be rolling that out very soon.

So, again, thanks to you the readers, and help us set another record in November by checking back often and joining the discussion.

If there is any comments, prospect questions, or articles you would be interested in seeing, you can drop me a line at mcbjohnverburg@gmail.com, and we will try and answer, and/or get an article up.
