David Price excited, yet nervous to make his Detroit Tigers debut

David Price is set to make his highly anticipated Detroit Tigers debut tonight as the Tigers take on the New York Yankees in the Big Apple.

And judging by a tweet Price made, he seems to be excited about the new chapter in his career…

A little nervousness is evident as well. But hey, he’s human too. Though Price should be a familiar with pitching in NY; he spent seven seasons in the AL East.

Price is coming to the Tigers with a 11-8 record in 23 starts, along with a 3.33 ERA and a MLB leading 189 SO’s.

Good luck David and welcome to the Motor City!
