Kingston Linak also made waves across the minor league system with three home runs and put up a nice slash line of .353/.389/.1.000 and an OPS of 1.389.  For the week, Lakeland was able to win just one game, the opener on Tuesday, 2 to 1.

Joey Wentz made another rehab start on Thursday, pitching five innings, allowing three runs on four hits, and struck out four but allowed a pair of home runs.  Parker Meadows, down in Lakeland as well for a rehab assignment, played in three games before going back up to West Michigan, went 3-for-11.

The Flying Tigers come home to play the Tampa Tarpons for a six-game series starting on Tuesday.
