Trade Deadline Primer Coming Soon

Hello friends. This post will be used for a bit of promotion. I want to make you all aware that yours truly has been asked to compile a great deal of content for an upcoming e-book covering the Tigers and the approaching trade deadline.

The book, which will be sold for a fee of $9.95 per copy, will be packed with over 100 pages of great writing featuring not only my work on the Tigers, but the writing of several other bloggers across the landscape of the major leagues.

We will have features breaking down who some possible trade candidates are, who might be leaving the organization in those trades, and who some of the hot prospects are to be looking for in the season’s second half, plus so much more.

Not only will you get great Tigers coverage for your ten bucks, but you’ll also get similar coverage for all division rivals and a few other teams of interest (i.e. possible trade partners).

This project was organized by Seth Stohs and the TwinsCentric team, a group of Twins bloggers that have published a few e-books in the past. We’ll have more details soon, but the book is in its final editing stage now. We plan to make copies available for purchase on July 6, which is just a few fireworks away.

I know, I know, you can’t wait to get your hands on a copy, right? Great! We will have a link posted on this very site (probably more times than you would like) so you can order your downloadable pdf file right away on Tuesday. No waiting six-to-eight weeks for delivery, just a few clicks and it’s yours.

Still on the fence? I understand that as well. After all, money is tight these days. To help you decide to take the plunge, we will also be offering a free preview of the book. Once the book goes on sale, we will provide a link and all you have to do is enter a valid email address and you will receive a sneak peak at what you’ll get when you make the purchase. The preview copy won’t be the whole book, obviously, but a section of several pages to whet your appetite.

So there you have it. This is your chance to help out a struggling blogger and get some great content in the process. Like I said, more details are coming soon, so sit back and get ready for the trading season to begin in Detroit.
