The Detroit Tigers bats awoke on Wednesday when the team scored six runs in the sixth inning and came back to beat Miami, 8-4.
When We Last Met
This will be the third and final meeting between Detroit and Baltimore this spring. The Tigers are just 9-15-2 this month, but two of those victories have come versus the Orioles. Detroit has outscored the team that swept them out of the playoffs last October, 20-6, in the two meetings.
Detroit Tigers Lineup
David Price will make his fifth start this spring. He has posted a 4.38 ERA in 12 1/3 innings pitched this Spring Training. In his last start, Price allowed eight hits in four and 1/3 innings, but he did strike out seven and walked only one.
Right-hander Chris Tillman will start for the Orioles. He has pitched very well this month, registering a 1.50 ERA in six innings.
