Detroit Tiger Minor League Notes
The Mudhens combined to throw a three-hit shutout in their win yesterday over Indianapolis. Jacob Turner got the nod on the mound to start the game, posting three innings. Phillipe Aumont came in to replace him posting two perfect innings. The Mudhens bullpen did the rest of the work as the team posted a pitching clinic.

FanGraphs has also updated their top 131 prospects following the MLB draft. Three Tigers prospects made the list. First is the Tigers number one pick, Casey Mize. Mize finds himself ranked the 31st best prospect in baseball. The second Tiger prospect on this list is Christin Stewart-coming in at number 81. The last Tiger prospect in the top 100 is Franklin Perez. Perez barely makes the list as he comes in at the number 100 spot.

The Tigers number five prospect, Jake Rogers, has been struggling offensively with the Erie SeaWolves. Jeff Siedel, of the Detroit Free Press, tries to figure out why the catching prospect has been struggling lately. Rogers was hitting .159 through 41 games this year in Double-A ball.
