Detroit Tigers Minor League Notes

Matt Manning made his debut with High-A Lakeland last night, and he did not disappoint. The Tigers pitching prospect posted the following line per Emily Waldon, of the Athletic.

With Single-A West Michigan, draft pick Kody Clemens knocked in a pair of home runs as the Whitecaps routed the Lugnuts. In his first two at-bats, he knocked in two home runs. All the excitement of the night for Clemens was recapped at MiLB.com.

1. Warwick Saupold was sent to Toledo
2. The Tigers DFA’d Dixon Machado and brought up Victor Alcantara from Toledo.
