Short-A Connecticut Tigers lost their manager Gerald Laird. The move was overlooked by all eye’s being on draft week. Lynn Henning, of the Detroit News, writes that Laird left his managerial duties to spend more time at home and with his family. Slightly older news that you might have already read.
