Minor League News and Notes

The Mud Hens took down IL leader Indianapolis and moved to half a game back in the wild-card race. They’re trailing the RailRiders and Indians as they look to take on Columbus tonight.  The Mud Hens have a four-game series in Columbus as they look to secure a wild-card spot.

Over at SB Nation’s Minor League Ball, they’re in love with outfield prospect Isaac Paredes.  Yesterday, they gave a quick update on the 19-year old. They have him ranked as a B+ prospect as of right now.  They think Paredes has a solid chance of enjoying a successful career in the big leagues.
