There has been lots of concern amongst Tigers fans that Scott Harris isn't going to make any moves by today's trade deadline. There hasn't been any moves, and we're roughly six hours away from the deadline. Well, if this rumor is to be believe, Tigers fans shouldn't worry.

According to MLB.com's Mark Feinsand, the Tigers plan to trade both Eduardo Rodriguez and Michael Lorenzen by the 6 p.m. trade deadline. If that's to be believed, Tigers fans have no cause for concern.

RUMOR: Padres join Eduardo Rodriguez sweepstakes

The latest rumor, again from Feinsand, involves a somewhat surprising suitor, and that's the fourth-place San Diego Padres. The Padres are currently 8.5 games back in the NL West and five games out of a wild card spot at 52-55, but GM A.J. Preller is not backing down.

Earlier this month, they were thought to be sellers. Since, they've taken SP Blake Snell and closer Josh Hader off the market, and appear to going for it once again.

They don't have a ton of interesting prospects left in their system since they've traded most of them away, but perhaps a trade for an MLB player could be in order. We'll see what happens.

RUMOR: Dodgers in on Eduardo Rodriguez

Furthermore, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports that the Dodgers "are in hot pursuit" of E-rod. The market appears to be heating up.

This has been a seller's market through and through. There are many buyers, but very few sellers. Scott Harris has a chance to take advantage of that.

We're coming down to the wire here. The Tigers will likely make a trade or two here in the next six hours. We'll be here to break things down when it happens.
