MCB Trade Deadline Primer Update

facebooktwitterreddit

I mentioned this last week, but I wanted to touch on it again to keep you all in the loop.

The MCB Trade Deadline Primer is all done (except for a few minor tweaks) and we are now, finally, almost, ready to release it to the public. I received a review copy last night and I am blown away by the amount of quality information. We have over 165 pages for you, not only breaking down the Tigers, but contributions from 29 other writers covering the rest of the league as well.

(more after the jump)

You’ll be able to get a peak into the thinking of every club in both leagues, see what their trade deadline plans are, and see who might be available to trade for.

Also included is a foreword by ESPN.com’s Rob Neyer. Neyer is a man who needs no introduction and the fact that he has agreed to help us out with this project is tremendously humbling to me.

Just as soon as we get the go-ahead (and we’re hoping now that this takes place within the week), I’ll post a link so you can purchase this ebook. With a few clicks (and just under $10), you’ll get you virtual hands on a copy of the book, downloaded straight to your computer.

Sure, a lot of what you find in our book will likely be available for free on the internet, but we’ve put it all together in one place just for you. No searching through links to see who Milwaukee might be willing to deal, no more rifling through Google to see what the Indians are planning, or Twins, or Dodgers. It’s all right here for one low cost.

Believe me, there’s plenty more to my sales-pitch, but I’ll save that for the book’s release. Stay tuned…
