The Tigers faced the Braves last Saturday, winning, 12-6. Detroit had 14 hits and scored seven runs in the fourth inning. Anthony Gose led the offensive attack, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs. Justin Verlander pitched two shutout innings and allowed just one hit.

Shane Greene will make his second start of Spring Training for the Tigers. Hopefully he improves upon his last appearance, in which Greene allowed three runs on six hits in two innings versus the Astros.
The Braves will get a start from Mike Foltynewciz.
Jose Iglesias will start as DH, marking the first time in Spring Training that he will play back to back games. Alex Avila and Yoenis Cespedes will each be held out another game and are day-to-day.
