Fantasy owners selected Teheran right behind Samardzija in drafts before the season. Teheran had a 69.5 ADP according to Fantasy Pros, so he is nearly as disappointing as the White Sox right-hander.

Teheran also doesn’t have a poor record at 4-3, but his other numbers, 5.07 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 64 strikeouts in 81 2/3 innings, are horrible.

In his last outing, Teheran allowed six runs on 13 hits in 6 1/3 innings against the Red Sox. That, however, wasn’t as bad as the eight runs he gave up to the Dodgers at the end of May.
