Detroit Tigers baseball returns on Friday as the team continues its latest road trip with a game against the Baltimore Orioles. Here’s what you need to know to watch the game.

Detroit Tigers players will look to keep the positive momentum going Friday when they match up with the Orioles in Baltimore.

The Tigers claimed the first game of the four-game set on Thursday by a 7-5 score line.

Victor Martinez collected a pair of hits to raise his batting average to .262, while Justin Upton and Miguel Cabrera both drove in two runs each.

Ian Kinsler and Upton go the ball rolling early for the Tigers, who jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first thanks to solo shots from the duo.

The teams would then sit throw a rain delay before play resumed.

When it did, the Tigers continued to pour it on offensively, notching five runs in the top of the third to effectively put the game out of reach.

Baltimore made it interesting, scoring in the third, fourth, seventh and eighth innings, but ultimately couldn’t pull it all the way back.

Matthew Boyd started and allowed five hits, four walks and three runs in 4.1 innings of work. The left-hander got plenty of swings and misses early en route to turning in six strikeouts.

Warwick Saupold came on in relief and pitched 1.2 frames, earning the win. Edward Mujica followed in his Detroit Tigers debut, striking out a pair in two innings.

Mujica was also tagged for two hits and a run via a homer by Tim Beckham.

Shane Greene shut things down in the ninth with his third save of the season—needing just seven pitches to retire the O’s.
